Important Information

• A maximum of 5 payments totaling £1000 per day. Customers must be 16 years or older
• Withdraw up to £130 every 24 hours at NatWest branded ATMs. Requires a minimum account balance of £10 and an active debit card (locked or unlocked)
• Touch ID and Face ID are only available on selected devices
• Credit score available to customers over the age of 18 with a UK address, enabled through the app provided by TransUnion
• Spending capabilities are only available for Personal and Premium Current accounts for individuals aged 16 or older
• Freeze or unfreeze MasterCard credit cards and debit cards
• Create and manage one Travel Plan at a time for a maximum period of 90 days spanning up to 7 countries. Each country requires separate registration. Travel Plan applies to debit cards only, managed via mobile banking, and exclusively in the account holder's name. Joint account holders should register separately
• Receipt management is available for Business Banking and Premier customers only
• The app is available for customers aged 11 or older with compatible iOS and a UK or international mobile number in specific countries
